Arunabh Kumar and Team TVF were just having a sigh of relief as the case of molestation was about to get closed but a complaint by the victim has created the troubles for them yet again.
As per a report in Indian Express, TVF CEO Arunabh Kumar was on Wednesday booked for molestation on the complaint of a victim in Mumbai. After no victim came forward to register a formal complaint against Kumar, noted criminal lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee later filed case against Arunabh. There were also reports of the case against him filed by Rizawan Siddiquee being quashed as no victim appeared in person. Siddiquee also alleged that the police was not investigating the matter properly.
On March 16, Siddiquee had filed a complaint against Arunabh. Three days ago Rizwan even wrote a Facebook post, asking the women to come forward, assuring them of proper legal assistance, while keeping their identity under cover.
Meanwhile, TVF has re-announced the release date of their upcoming Web Series Bisht Please which was postponed in the wake of events. First episode of the series is scheduled to release on 31st March.
