​Sridevi died of drowning, suggests Forensic report


Here comes the shocking and revealing truth about the controversy surrounding Sridevi’s death. The final forensic report is out and it suggests that actress died by drowning in her bathtub.

Contrary to reports that suggested that Sridevi breathed her last after a cardiac arrest on Saturday, February 24, fresh reports reveal that the legendary actress died from accidental drowning in the bathtub.

According to the forensic report, Sridevi lost her life due to accidental drowning. It was earlier reported that the actor suffered a cardiac arrest in the bathtub. Indian officials are doing the paperwork involved in the repatriation of the body from Dubai. Post the paper completion, the body will be embalmed and handed over to family members.

According to a Gulf News report, Sridevi, who was under the influence of alcohol, lost her balance and fell into the bathtub. The family members are planning to bring the deceased body of actress here in Mumbai. The funeral will take place at the Hindu Samshaan Bhoomi in Juhu.

Shree Amma Yanger Ayyapan aka Sridevi worked in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films before entering Hindi films. She started acting in the late 1960s, but her performance in Malayalam film Poombata (1971) won her the state award for best child artist.

Her most remarkable films include Sadma, Chandni, Himmatwala, ChaalBaaz, Mr India, Nagina, Mawali, Tohfa and Gumrah among others.

After working in Judaai, she took a 15-year break from movies only to be back to winning hearts in her second innings with English Vinglish in 2012. She was last seen in 2017 film MOM.
